Here are some steps that you can do to rid the bacteria from your tongue. Your tongue is a very large organ that holds a lot of bacteria inside your mouth. You may not think that brushing your tongue is a crucial step, but it is and it shouldn't be skipped, it should be added into your daily oral routine. All you have to do to remove the harmful, odor causing build-up on your tongue is to apply some tooth paste to your brush and start in the main back of your tongue and gently brush downwards, making your way to the tip, be sure to clean the whole upper surface of your tongue and make sure you rinse your mouth out with water after you're done. To get the most thorough cleaning for your tongue, you can use a scraper. This is a dental device that is made of soft bendable material that will gently scrap the thin layer of bacteria on the surface of your tongue.
